Senator Hughes, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                   
Uniform Rule 23 be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 103 "An Act                                                                        
establishing the Alaska education innovation grant program;                                                                     
eliminating the Alaska education grant program and the Alaska                                                                   
performance scholarship program; redesignating the Alaska higher                                                                
education investment fund as the Alaska education innovation grant                                                              
fund; and providing for an effective date" for the Education                                                                    
Committee meeting on April 4 at 3:30 p.m. Without objection, it was                                                             
so ordered.
